Bricon has developed a safety policy and prevention program to prevent accidents and occupational diseases. Knowing that safety is achieved primarily through safe work methods, we strive to instil the best possible work methods in our employees. All employees, regardless of reporting level in the firm, are required to make safety their personal responsibility and to help make the work environment as safe as possible by being vigilant. Bricon requires all of its foremen and many of its employees to have first-aid training.
